MISS ENTERPRISE GLOBAL CAMPING (MEG)
officially kicked its camping off on the the 28th of August 2016.The
contest, which is geared towards beauty and skill and empowerment of the
Girl child is a nudity free contest.The priority of the contest is the intellectual beauty of the Girls and not the physical beauty of the Contestants like in some other contests.
Just as the name is ENTERPRISE(ENTREPRENEURSHIP), MEG is geared towards
empowerment of the girl child as the Contestants are trained in the skill of their choice such as fashion and designing. The skill acquisition was
conducted by UNESCO-UNEVOC( United Nations Educational Scientifically
Cultural Organization-International Centre for Technical and Vocational
Education and Training).
The Contestants are to also partake in a computer training offered by the organizers of MEG2016 in
collaboration with APTECH ( This is an ICT center,that has 18 centers in
40 countries,it's certificate is internationally accepted all over the
40 countries)center in Awka (Anambra State, Nigeria).
MEG016 has
really proven to the whole World that there is more to a beauty contest
than bikini and heels.
